World Of Alps B.V., we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to your home quickly, carefully, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Below, you will find all the details about our shipping options, delivery times, costs, and your rights as a consumer.
1. Order Processing

Orders placed on business days before 17:00 (CET) are generally shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 17:00 or during weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take 1–2 extra days.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free shipping from €50.00 (valid for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany).

Free shipping from €250.00 (for other EU countries).

For orders under €50, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your package.

The stated delivery times are indicative. You will always receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been shipped.
5. Track & Trace & Delivery Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your package right to your door.

6. Missed Delivery & Pickup Options
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt:

The package may be delivered to a pickup point or a neighbor (depending on the carrier).

You will receive a notification about where and when you can collect your package.

Uncollected packages will be automatically returned after a set period.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or something is wrong with the delivery:
🔹 Contact our customer service within 14 days after the expected delivery date via help@worldofalps.com.
🔹 First, check the Track & Trace for any delays, and verify the delivery address in your order confirmation.
8. Legal Delivery Term
In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU):

We will deliver within 30 days of placing your order, unless otherwise agreed.

If we cannot meet this deadline, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund.
9. Address Errors & Incorrect Details
Important: World Of Alps is not responsible for incorrectly provided address details.
Always double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may apply for resending.
