Order & Delivery
We would like to explain to you how we ensure that your ordered product is delivered to your home as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. World of Alps stands for reliability and quality, and this is reflected in the way we handle your order.
Postage costs
Shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands are β¬6.00. These shipping costs are automatically calculated in your order.

Delivery times
Within the Netherlands, we aim for a delivery time of one to two business days. Due to the increasing demand for postal and parcel services, this time may vary.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM will be picked up from our warehouse and shipped to your home the same day. This way, you can enjoy your new purchase as quickly as possible.

Status of your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
With this Track & Trace you can easily track your order. This way you are always informed when your order will be delivered. You can also see within which time frame your order will be delivered.
Delivery options
Would you like to have your order delivered to a different address?? That is of course no problem! You can specify an alternative delivery address when you enter your customer details at the check out.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have your order delivered on a specific date. View more information about delivery times at the top of the page under the heading βDelivery timeβ.
Exchanges and Returns
Returning products is at your own expense. These costs must be paid at the post office where you drop off the package. The shipping risk is also at your own expense. We also recommend that you send your return by registered mail.
From the moment of delivery, you have 14 working days to view your order and try on the items. You can return the order, or part of it, in its original condition within this period of 14 working days. This can be easily done by completing the attached returns form.
You will receive an email as soon as we have received the returned items. The shipping risk and the costs of return shipment are entirely at your own expense. We recommend that you send your return by registered mail.
Please note! If you wish to return your order, or part of it, you must ensure that the item(s) meet the conditions. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return your returned order. The shipping costs are then at your own expense.

We aim to process the return within 3 working days. If you want to exchange an item, you must place a new order. This can be done easily and quickly by ordering the item in the same way as the previous order(s).
If you want to return or exchange discounted items? That is of course no problem! You can also return these items easily and quickly by completing the attached return form.
If other rules or conditions apply, this will be indicated with the items on the site.
Withdrawal period
From the moment of delivery you have 14 working days to view your order and try on the items. Within this period you can return the order, or part of it, in its original condition. This can be easily done by completing the attached return form.

Payment methods
We support all major payment providers available in Europe.
How can I pay?
Credit card: Want to pay by credit card? You can pay with MasterCard and Visa.
PayPal: This online payment method is linked to your credit card or bank account. You can pay with PayPal in our e-shop.
iDEAL: This online payment method is linked to your bank account. You can pay with iDEAL in our e-shop.
Your credit card may be declined. One possible reason is that the issuing country differs from the country where your IP address is registered. The transaction will then be automatically declined. We implement this security measure to prevent fraud.
For all other questions regarding payment, we refer you to your credit card company.
Klarna: With Klarna, you can pay for your online order later or in three installments. This way, you never pay for anything you return.
You enter your name, address, city, email address and other details that you always have at hand and you pay when it suits you during the payment term of 30 days or similar chosen periods.
The 'Pay later' or 'Pay in 3 instalments' options via Klarna are safe and easy.
Gift cards
World of Alps accepts VVV and Fashion Cheque gift cards. You can pay for these during the checkout process.
