How do I track my order?
Find your order number:
You will find your order number in the order confirmation you received by email. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Track your order via our customer portal:
Log in to us customer portal to immediately track your order and shipping status. Here you can view all the details of your order in one place.
Shipping & tracking issues
Delivery times
Within the Netherlands we aim for a delivery time of one to two working days. Due to the increasing crowds in the postal and parcel market, this may sometimes differ.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday will be picked up from our warehouse and sent to your home the same day. This way you can enjoy your new purchase very quickly.

Status of your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
With this Track & Trace you can easily track your order. This way you are always informed when your order will be delivered. You can also see within which time frame your order will be delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at World of Alps and going to 'My Orders'.
Tracking information not received
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received a tracking number after this period, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service at info@worldofalps.com
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
It may take several hours for the tracking number to become active. If the tracking number is still not working after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you further.
